A calculator, not a bookmaker

Settler is a calculator. It isn't a bookmaker or a betting exchange: it takes no bets, holds no money and gives no tips. Nothing in the app or on this website is advice to place a bet.

Check your settlement

Settler's results are estimates of what a bet should pay. Your bookmaker settles your bet under its own rules, including maximum payouts and its own variations of rules such as Rule 4, dead heats and each-way terms. Always check your settlement with your bookmaker. Where the two differ, the bookmaker's settlement applies.

Provided as is

Settler is provided as is, without any warranty that it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app or its results, including any bet you place. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UK consumer law that can't be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
