Settler works out your bets on your iPhone. It doesn't collect anything about you.

What the app stores, and where
Everything Settler stores is on your iPhone. The last bet you saved is shared with Settler's own Home Screen widgets through an App Group, a storage area only the app and its widgets can read. Nothing else can see it.

Deleting the app deletes all of it.
What the app sends
Nothing. Settler has no account, no analytics, no advertising identifiers and no third-party SDKs, and it works offline.
The bookmaker offers shown in the app are bundled with it, so showing them sends nothing. Tapping one opens that bookmaker's website in an in-app browser. From then on you're on the bookmaker's site, and its own privacy policy applies.
This website
This website sets no cookies and has no analytics, trackers or advertising. Its fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes request data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use that data to identify you.
Children
Settler is for people aged 18 and over.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR), you can ask what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. We hold no personal data from the app. If you email us, we keep your email only to reply, and we'll delete it if you ask.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
